I understand that we need community. I know that people are supposed to be there to help us and renew us as we challenge one another in our thinking. BUT, even Jesus took time away. And sometimes it is for a season. We need our ALONE time with Him in order to strengthen PERSONALLY our mind, will and emotions.

There are too many different thoughts and ideas being thrown around. There are too many divisions. This means confusion. The only way to become focused is by having time ALONE. Talk to HIM and write to HIM. This is why we need Shabbat. And this is why we sometimes need to have a season of Shabbat.

Don't feel guilty for taking time alone. HE wants it from you. HE desires it!
