The Angel of Adonai...
I flipped the calendar today and the verse there was the one I knew I needed to share it. The calendar said it was Psalm 34:7. In the Complete Jewish Bible it is Psalm 34:8
The angel of Adonai, who encamps
around those who fear him, delivers them. (CJB)
The verse is a favorite of mine. I believe that angels are real. They are sent by God to protect us and watch over us.
Angels will take care of those who fear Adonai. Angels will encamp around those who place their trust in God.
When you trust Adonai and the angel comes, YOU will be delivered.
I find comfort in this verse. I know that if I fear God, HE will send angels to take care of me.
People have seen angels. I personally have not. However, I know that angels are sent by God to take care of HIS people. I know that they will fight on our behalf. They will protect those they have been ordered to take care of.
Trust in HIM. Know that YOU are taken care of. There is an angel to take care of you.
