I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.” (ESV)
Dear friends,
God is our beginning and end. He always has been, and always will be.
Some versions use the Greek and say the Alpha and Omega.
Some translations use the Hebrew: the Aleph and the Tav.
Some, surprisingly the Complete Jewish Bible, say the A to Z.
Anyway you look at it, HE transcends ALL time.
If we are going to put our TRUST into Someone, I think that Someone needs to be a person who is above all things. I think it needs to be Someone who always has been and always will be. Even if I cannot “see” this God, to believe that Someone hand created the world and everything in it just because He loves people, is what helps me through my day.
I can’t believe in idols that just sit and do not speak to me. I appreciate knowing that God is in the wind, or the rain, or the still small voice as I am quiet before Him.
Today, take the time to just LET GOD BE the PEACE in your life. Just LET GOD BE the JOY in your life. Just LET GOD BE the LOVE in your life. If you truly believe HE is GOD, than those fruits of the Spirit will flow.
HE is always with you. HE will never leave you nor forsake you. HE will always LOVE you.
Choose LIFE today. Choose HIM today.
